Easter's coming!
I'm super excited and spreading the joy with these Homemade Peanut Butter Eggs. They look easy to put together and will be fairly cheap to make in bulk.
I probably won't use the microwave, but aside from that, I'm not planning to change BEB's recipe. I'll keep you updated on the results.
**Update: I made these for a group of girls and laid out edible glitter, sprinkles, and frosting pens for decorating. They're delicious, travel well, and are fairly mess-free.
I'm a bit anti-microwave, so I melted all my ingredients in a double burner instead. It takes a bit of patience to let the eggs cool enough to set in the fridge, but its worth the wait. Yummy!
