Posting has been, and will continue to be, spotty. Sorry peeps but my spring/summers are busy, and I've got a lot planned this year--presenting at a medical librarian conference in Seattle in May, a week-long mission trip to New Orleans, playing Charleston tour guide and visiting Savannah in June, and vacationing in Barbados and visiting a few vineyards in Shenandoah in July.
That's what I know about so far. I'm trying to plan and budget and work and still have something of a social life...it's getting in the way of blogging...and I'm OK with that.
Anyway, I grabbed the ingredients to make this No Bake Snickers Cake. Hopefully I'll have time to try it out this week. It looks and sounds delicious:
