Another month down in braces. I was upgraded to higher gauge wires on the top and bottom rows and got new bands, same color. The teeth are shifting! Yay!
It hasn't been bad, an occasional pain from one tooth being tweaked. Honestly, the worse part is avoiding food being stuck in my teeth.

Flossing with braces is a major, time consuming hassle. I was worried that I'd have stains left from my brackets even though I flossed everyday. The solution to both issues: Water Pik!

Takes about a minute and is more efficient than flossing. Totally worth the $50 price tag...you might even be able to find it even cheaper!
