14th St and the U St. Corridor

14th St is where its at--a new Y (where yours truly will instruct swim lessons), bars with the best happy hours, secret hideout spots, and now, a new Ted's Bulletin and talk of a Matchbox. Neighboring Shaw never looked so sweet--hope I can pounce before it's too late!
