I have a confession. I wasn't a huge fan of Baltimore when I moved here a year and a half ago. I thought it was an odd mix of southern and northern cultures, kinda grimy, and always potentially dangerous. But lately, I've found that I'm beginning to fall for the city. I'm slowly finding my niche, making friends, discovering new places, and most importantly, finding awesome eateries (I'm a foodie).

Teavolve has long held the title of my favorite cafe, but a friend introduced me to Blue Moon and I'm impressed. The homemade cinnamon rolls are unbelievable, the menu is interesting and diverse, the prices are reasonable, and the vibe is cool. I like it! It's pretty small and can get really busy, so plan for a wait, but check it out if you're in the metro Baltimore area!
