It's almost Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday, and I'm off to the greatest, most beautiful state in the Union... good ole South Carolina...South Cackalacky...SC...Carolina. Home sweet home! Birthplace to the world's greatest dish of shrimp and grits (for breakfast!), the sweeeetest iced tea, hot boiled peanuts, grilled turkey (over charcoal, not gas) and other such delicacies. Mmmm, can't wait!
