I ran a 5K with a bunch of 3-5 graders this weekend, ending my first season as a coach for Girls on the Run DC. Its been fun and interesting, a lesson in patience, discipline, and time management, and I'm soo thankful for the opportunity. I had a great group of very sweet, very energetic girls and the guidance of an awesome senior coaching team. I really enjoyed it!
GOTR is a fantastic non-profit. Check out your local chapter!
