I promise I eat healthier than most of the food I post here.Seriously. Take today--plain greek yogurt with fresh fruit slices and a slice of peanut butter smeared whole wheat toast for breakfast, a spinach grape strawberry feta almond salad for lunch (hehe), and bison lasagna for dinner. Awesomesauce.
But I splurge. Often. And, I love...Bacon! Mmmmmm!
I grinned a bit when I came across this recipe. The students probably think I'm nuts :)
This Monster BLT will be in my tummy as soon as I grab the ingredients. Don't think I'll toast the bread though, biting through bacon is hard enough with braces.
Ahhh...I just know it's gonna be amazing!
