Italian Soda

I fell in love with Raspberry Italian Soda while in college...the baristo in my favorite cafe got  really good at making awesome ones, though I'm sure they weren't a popular request. They never even made the menu.

I came across this recipe and was reminded of him. Who knew a little half-n-half could make a world of difference.

I love that this recipe encourages you to make your own syrup. So simple. Yummy!
