Whole Wheat Raspberry Ricotta Scones

I found out about a new food blog today, Smitten Kitchen. Yummers! It's a little step up from the basic cooking I've been doing, but not too complicated. Makes me want to buy fancy kitchen equipment...fighting temptation!

I ate a whole batch of those Salted Espresso Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies...by myself...in three days. That might be a problem. I probably should have shared. They were so good, though! I'll run it off.

Anyway, I want to try these scones! They look amazing. Might not be until next week, but still...

Mmmmm...raspberries. I might try a blackberry version too...I love blackberries!
