Yeah...powerchains hurt.
Firstly, there's the ever-constant, very dull pain of my teeth shifting. Bearable as long as I watch what I eat--mostly soft foods--and don't bang by teeth against things like my electric toothbrush.
But the inside of my top lip is being shredded. The hardware in my mouth is at just the right angle to cut and man does it hurt. I expect things will have shifted again in the next couple of days and won't pose a problem. I could use dental wax until then, but I find it to be disgusting--it doesn't taste bad but having a blob of wax in my mouth is gross.
I'm excited because I know the power chains are doing their job and the hole in my mouth is closing. Can't wait to do my monthly update in September because I know the changes will be drastic!
