Sandwiches!

Packing lunch for me usually means throwing a salad together. Occasionally there's the soup/stew from last night. And in even rarer instances, lunch is a sandwich. Sometimes I mix two of the three--yum.

I'm on a mission to eat more sandwiches. I'm finding that no matter how much I stuff myself on salad at noon, I'm hungry again by 4. I need more whole grain!

Today's lunch is salad and a grilled cheese sandwich I made with this Caribbean inspired cheese from Whole Foods. So yummy!
