I know we've had a really mild winter, but my visit to the sunny Caribbean and the Southern girl in me have me longing for summer goodies, like peach cobbler. Yummy!
A lack of fresh peaches means that won't happen until late Spring, but I'll settle for a Peach Cobbler Smoothie instead.

The addition of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger really takes this smoothie to another level :)
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk (I use vanilla almond or coconut milk)
1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk (I use vanilla almond or coconut milk)
1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
4 tsp rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened frozen peaches*
1 tablespoon honey, plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Scoop vanilla protein powder
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground ginger
*I love Giant's selection of frozen fruit--they have peaches and raspberries, which are really hard to find elsewhere.
Blend oats into a powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or travel cup and enjoy!
