Scholarships are funny with their prescribed list of fund uses. I'd love to add excess money to my savings account, but its use it or lose it. So, I'm going to purchase a really nice laptop bag--that's an eligible expense.
I'm taking advice from one of my besties--he's a retail fashion buyer and suggested the Travelteq Trash Messenger. It's pretty amazing--there's room for my Mac and a couple of notebooks, it has a nice shoulder strap, and the leather is a beautiful, buttery brown. Mmmm...it goes so hard on the "Professional Woman" status. I absolutely love it :)
Don't sleep on applying for scholarships!!! Those funds will put you in another league of purchasing power and you won't get burned by taxes. Pretty sweet deal.
This bag is pricey--hand-stitched, Florentine Italian leather pricey. But it's a classic design and I plan on toting it around for a long, long time.
