I forgot about this mission. Or, perhaps a more honest answer, I got discouraged after repeatedly failing to get a dish to meet my standards--the Macaroni and Cheese. I can't figure out a healthy way to make it and I've decided there is no healthy Mac'n'Cheese dish. Just indulge and move on.
After a hiatus, I'm back on mission. I'm tackling the lasagna next.
