Return of the Smoothie...with Oatmeal!

Raw oats have just as much nutritional value as cooked oatmeal.

So?

So...grind 1/2 C of raw oats to a fine powder, mix it into a smoothie, and live happily and healthy with equal benefits of a bowl of cooked oatmeal.
