Investing in Detroit

The Batman is a brilliant economist. I'm happy to have his advice while going through my home-buying process. But, when he shared his plans to purchase a small apartment complex in Detroit, I was a bit skeptical. Like, Bankrupt Detroit? He's confident the city's economy will turn around and I hope he's right. In the meantime, real estate is really affordable.

Neither of us have plans for moving to the city, but we're rooting for it. Go Detroit!
