Caribbean Green Seasoning Paste

Have I posted this before? Can't remember...

I love having green seasoning paste in my arsenal. I use this stuff like salt and pepper in my meat and seafood dishes. It gives things a light, fresh taste. Yum. I usually go ahead and add a couple of sprigs of mint, rosemary, and a single habanero pepper for spice, but not too much heat.
