It's almost Spring! This has seemed like the longest winter ever, so as soon as it warms up I will be rocking sundresses and maxi skirts. That means my muscles need to be on point!
As winter ends, I'm all about that gym life. Warmer weather means I'll be picking up my duties as Swim Instructor and spending a lot more time in the Y. I love swimming because it's relaxing and it works all of you. #allthemuscles Still, there are areas I'm planning to focus on outside the pool--mainly my legs and bum. I'm definitely sticking with my Yoga and Meditation group class, and I may or may not add something Aerobic/Cardio. I haven't decided yet.
