The weather over the past weeks has been amazing. I'm still enamored with Chicago and the past few weekends have been gorgeous enough for me to spend my weekends trekking through the city, exploring and enjoying and playing photographer. This fall is unusually warm and sunny and I can't help but feel spoiled and blessed--great weather makes the two-hour trek to the city easy and I've had lots of time to spend with old friends and make new ones.
I might have to pay the piper this winter when I'm cold and lonely in Lafayette, but for the time, life is good.
And Thanksgiving is right around the corner. #gah
