Happy new year, guys!
It feels good to be back in the office after a two-week break. I got to see new parts of the world, exploring the Yucatán Peninsula and bits of Haiti--I danced all night in Cancun, toured Mayan ruins, surfed in Jacmel, and soaked up a lot of sunshine on pristine beaches. It was the perfect winter escape.
2016. My professional goals for this year are to get published, multiple times; to find my research niche, and to write my butt off. My personal goals--find a church to love, cook for myself, continue my relationship with the gym, pay off my credit cards, pay down my student loans, and go to more live concerts.
And, I turn 30 this year! #gah #howtocelebrate
