I Like Art Type Girl

I love making my own jewelry, mostly necklaces for now. I kept my Afropunk outfit simple this year--jeans, a tank, and lace-up boots--with an African bone bead necklace I created as the highlight. I got a ton of compliments.

There's a huge bead shop on campus and they've had some pretty awesome sidewalk sales this summer. I dropped by today and picked up these stone bead beauties. They're really heavy and I'm not sure what I'll do with them, but I'll figure something out.
